This will happen with the update. Previous campaign level ranges revert to their original boundaries. As a result all loot (including vanity items) will revert to how it was back in the day ;-)Originally Posted by Goodvibes

The "Scorn Viceroy" set is the vanity for this cap. You quest for the parts at Level 60. Get the whole set for an Achievement and Title:
