For pve or pvp? Regardless this is a decent build

9 Blast shot
6 avian
9 thorn root
9 focus
3 restore ( optional some like it some dont and personally I put those points into break or root )
9 evasion
5 shattering scream
3 break
9 repulse
9 blind
5 thorn wall

This is a basic build which you may like its usually a matter if preference of what you use
