Dual spec'ing will still be there. For example, you can go full STR for the stat bonuses, or split STR / DEX. You just can't boost your stats to equip items that have higher stat requirements to equip.

What exactly do you mean stat bonuses? Is that for example, a mage that is all intelligence? What kind of stat bonuses?
