Thats true and one thing they sure don't have is customer support like yours. Graphics aren't everything and if the replay isn't as good as PL it will fail or at least only attract a small segment of hardcore iOS players while PL is fun for casual as well as hardcore gamers.

PL has fabulous CS. And updates are great. I'll probably split my time between the 2 games untill Midgard beta starts. And then B*

Then it will likely be B* and PL. But who knows ?

Also with the free/pay thing. I don't care if it's free or pay 2 play. Whichever game is better is the one ill play.

. Hopefully some of us can see a b* beta Or even release soon.

PL dungeons are only free till may 4th. correct me if im wrong.

if you have no regrets on spending so much, then you wont be one of those people complaining that OaC costs too much (its actually really cheap).

This game is out, and it's so well developed from what I have seen so far that I know as of now OaC has more going for it than PL.
Also, there's a difference between a beta and a 1 day old game.

This. Thats why I'll be giving it an honest play for a few weeks and posting/updating a review thread as I go

Honestly, I never played PL much on 3G on the go, bc it always lagged too much and I felt too guilty having my friends pick up the slack. If I'm away from wifi, I do 3G stuff on my phone or play offline games. I still prefer my iPhone to pc games (not glued to one spot, hunched over a keyboard), and if there are any mmos I'm going to spend money on, they'll be mobile games.

I think OAC is just WOW on a phone, I agree with Samhayne on the fact that PL works fine on edge as on my T-mobile IPhone4 I can play PL whenever I want. I might try OAC for a while but it isn't a replacement for PL, I think PL is very unique

One Q regarding the skill bar that holds the 10 skills. Can you directly use skills from that skill bar, or just from the scrolling skill bar? Because Me no Likely Scrolling

The fact that it's wifi only killed it for me.. And there's no way I hell that I'm JB'ng my iPhone. My iPod I'll Risk but I don't use it anymore. I did buy the game, but I've yet to go beyond making a character since I had to run out to campus after the DL. Customer service is gonna be a huge thing, and I don't think any game can possibly compare to PL's service...

We'll just have to wait and see. Over the year I've been playing PL I've spent enough on plat to buy me an 8gig 4G touch on it's release date haha. If a games good then I'll spend. 6.99 plus sub. Was a bad idea. I'd have no problem if the game was free with like a week trial and then charge a subscription fee. I love anything truly open world with quests so I do look forward to it. Any mounts planned?

Oh and in regards to gamelofts cust. Service it's terrible from past experience. I had a mixup with their sacred odyssey game and They didn't even lift a finger. I had to get my help from apple themselves for reimbursement -_-.
