Bring Back 5 Level PvP Difference

Annd us twink players get punished because dumb endgamers keep complaining. These changes would be good if it was for endgame only. I regret voting yes. You nerfed my fav lvl (35) back in the time which RUINED all my enjoyment and now you are making it slower by reducing stats and pvp damage output. Please explain.

Like I said, if you were smart (you just showed you're not) you would know we were talking about when Cinco brought dodge back to normal and I didn't complain about it. I never complained about things I asked Cinco to do, so stay on topic

If you don't rage everywhere, you would find the purpose of quotes w/o any comment in it. Rage post ain't a sign of smartness BTW.
