i just slotted 2 tyrant jewels in 2 different items...but the effects don't seem to be stacking

Is this how it’s supposed to be or a bug?

I was incorrect about the implementation of the Twisted Tyrant Jewel effects.

The base jewel, the rare jewel and the ultra rare jewel effects stack with each other but multiple instances of the same jewel rarity do not stack. So: if you have two base jewels you get the effect from one. If you have a base and a rare, you get both. If you have base and two rare you get one of each, and the second rare jewel effect is not applied.
