Here is another little piece of info, although VERY USEFUL. I'm not sure wether you put it in the guide or not.

Taunt stacks dodge up to x2. If you keep spamming it as soon as it is off cooldown. Vital for tanking and PVP.

EDIT: Hell Scream also reduces armor by -10. It does not stack however and it lasts approximately 7 seconds? If I remember correctly? So you must time it correctly to get the full effect of it.
