It happens sometimes to me too, not sure why. Usually I just go to another zone then go back to Outpost and it works.

Klaas & Kalas had an argument the other day.

So they're not in the mood to bless us with glorious flounder or horton eggs.

And due to this issue, konafez the president of arlor has rectified an open letter to apologize to klaas in order for us all to be spared from his wrath.
