cews really loud in a restaurant, or Jaywalk in the middle of the street.
Theres a reason why people don't do that.

Scolding them here will do what exactly? You can't tell people what to do/what not to, what are you a guidance counselor? There will always be sh***y people. It's either you adjust or them.
