I'll admit that a couple of years back I did not properly respect how disruptive the "proc stacking" meta would become in PvE. So far it has led to the creation of a 'best' class, driven a toxic between players and wrecked our plans for balanced content. I knew enough back then to keep it from further upsetting PvP but failed to correct the problem before it became part of how Warriors (and yes, others) view the fun-factor of combat.

I don't think it's the intention of Warrior class advocates but the negative comments underscore why this change absolutely needs to happen. Like every MMO game AL needs to promote class inter-dependence, not one independently superior class. I am committed to improving game balance and fixing the problems of the past. My intention is not to revert to 'rogue legends,' but to address inequities between my beloved classes.

Unfortunately, the first step down this path is this important change to the "proc stacking" meta.

Maybe need some strong effort to avoid warriors and mages will be left behind like it was 2 years ago.

And will be needed more effort than the one you put few years ago.

That said, into this proc thing, are included also the debuffs or the small buffs?

All the items that adds +1 main stat per mob killed, isnt a proc but a buff. Will those still work?

You are correct. And I would assert that the majority of the negative feelings about this (apart from the planned disruption of playstyle) is the belief that we're intentionally rolling class balance back to late 2018. This isn't our plan :-)

Obviously can't be intentional, but for players wait like 6 months for some fix that define better role of classes it is too much.

I know there must be lot of work behind it and requires time, but maybe would be more healthy for players and the game itself: fix, nerf, balance and adjust all together instead of destroying all with 1 click and then after few months think about a way to solve unbalance, which will automatically lead in some other dramas.

Maybe, if you want my advice, some sort of balance can be established sooner and trough the new map gears you will release (myth, arcane, set, spirit)

    Back in 2013

War had high hp high armor low dmg
Rog had good dmg good armor low hp
Mage had high dmg good hp low armor

I think establishing those stats inside the new gears will not balance, but adjust a bit the gap between classes that got created when you decided to release gears with equal stats for all classes

Anyway, many wars will perceive this as a shot in the foot

Why not create something better for rogues instead of going back “old school way” thats why games needs to be unique, give them a badass weap that they can switch on. Reverting back the old ways dont help at all. How is the game going to evolve? Your intention is not to revert back to “rogue legends” but here you are doing it! Like be creative. Because of this proc stacking people are able to make combos, thats what makes this game unique. If you guys reverting back like the old way then what makes this game unique? Be creative just because rogues are useless in 76 doesnt mean we had to go back to a 1 dimensional gameplay.
