Perhaps the elixor and ankh were not added to inventory but already activated on the character when we received the freebies?

Well I jus checked my stash I only have 3 energy kits that's it....I dont have any of the ankhs or the elixir kits.

I used the promo code the moment I updated the new client but today jus a couple hours back when I check my stash they where 3 forged event energy kits.
