Everything looks great!

I wanna point out that the 100% speed boost in the star amulet proc is not needed.
I have seen people with insane amount of speed, a 100% boost for 10 seconds is crazy.
Can you change it to 20% or replace it with health leech or something?

+1 and the 2x dmg is a bit over the top…

It is very powerful but running full Star Beast (and mixes of Star, Zaar, Kraken over the past several weeks) it doesn't feel 'broken.'

I'm sure you noticed that it is not a stacking damage buff but a multiplier (that only applies if you have less than 2X damage active at the time of the proc).

Of course, if my assessment of this piece turns out to be wildly inaccurate I will make the necessary adjustments.
