LV 35 MAGE BUILD: by stepymage.
Letīs start, this is my actual build I use, I want to share it with you guys, too see if it helps you, and decide to enjoy this level the same way as I do.
I have been playing this pvp since a year almost everyday 5 hours a day, and I find it, maybe one of the best of the game.
I really hope this guide can help you guys.

1.-Gear
This is maybe one of the most important things to have in mind, because a good gear will really help you at this pvp level.
Armor and helm:int halloween set, dont use dex(you will be probably be nuked cause really low dodge).
Weapon:voodoo pin or bony pin( they have almost same stats voodoo pin more nuky, and bony pin more dodge).
Pink paw:this is optional, I find it very usefull vs behrs, cuz is more tanky and dodge, and paw proc sometimes can save you. Itīs good too vs foxes.
Shield:THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, use pink evi(more hit/crit) or purple evi(more dodge).Pros of pink evi: its totally nuky,Against:Really expensive around 2.5m+.
Pros of purp evi:Itīs more survival gives you a little bit more dodge,and is cheaper around 800k+(last time I checked it).Against:A little bit less nuky.
There are also other shields like eye, shiv wing, voodoo doll, but they arenīt as good as evidence bracers.
Pink head bracer: same as paw, I use it vs behrs, for the same reason is more tanky.
Ring: championīs fine platinum band lv 20 (2% crit, 10 dmg).
2.-Stats and build(first of all I have to say this is what works for me, I tried a lot of builds and spent around 70 platinum only in builds maybe more, so if they dont work for you try yours).
Stats:
67 dex.
rest int.
I preffer more int, because u do more skill damage and heal more, so I find it very usefull for mage.
Build 1 (the one Iīm using):
6 light
6 BOV
6 BOM
5 heal
5 fire
3 drain
1 icestorm
1 frostbite
1 MS (I wasnīt used to have ms, but vs foxes and sometimes behrs is really usefull).
This build nukes really good, and have a long survival rate, because of the ms and high heal (I preffer to have a good heal).
But if you want you can take some points from maybe fire and put to heal etc. That is your choice, the only thing untouchable is lightining and for me buffs ( some ppl preffer 5 BOV but isnīt my case).
Build 2 (the other one I use really nuke):
6 light
6 BOV
6 BOM
5 heal
6 fire
3 drain
1 ice storm
1 frostbite
This build has only 1 more fire and not ms, this is a little more nuky, but have no ms so less survival.(This is the build I used before, I changed it, cause I found that vs foxes ms is quite better, and can save you vs bears aswell).
Note:If this builds don't fit with you, try to experiment with some builds, some ppl preffer tanking, or more nuke, this is my own build, and works for me.
3.-Tips and combos
This is maybe one of the most important parts of the guide, so pay attention.
Vs Mages:
This is maybe where you are gonna have more problems, each mage is different, and maybe can be more nukey, or tanky, so try to hit all combos and time well your heals.
An important fact is Heal Fail, so if it does, you will probably win.
A combo I use is: ice,light,icestorm,fire,heal, I wait a little and then I nuke them with drain light ice combo, if they survive , you will probably have an adventage of health at this point, so it should be eassily.
Some mages are really nuke so you maybe canīt wait to drain, donīt worry use it just before ur heal is ok.
If are really really nukey that donīt allow you to hit the whole first combo, try this: ice,light,icestorm,heal,drain,light,fire. Itīs faster and works good too.
Always remember this: YOU HAVE MS, so if you are really low heal, donīt be scared to use it,I sometimes use it to surprise with a letal nuke combo.
Vs Bears:
Bears with plat pack are maybe the eassiest fights, just kite them with fire,ice start, and continue with light, drain etc.
they should die eassily. If they have high beckon and catch you, dont worry, just wait to their HS to heal, use ice storm, fire and kite again.
Always remember you have ms, use it with caution but donīt doubt to use it if you are low health.
If are shiv talon bears, follow the same steps, but be carefull of their autos, they do lot of damage, so be sure you time good your heal to aviod the HS.
Vs Foxes:
Here is why I have ms, it will really make this fights easier, foxes at 35 are usually very very nuke, I found 2 type of foxes:
1.- Foxes which nuke at first: use ice,light,fire,heal,drain,icestorm,light etc. If you are really really low, or you know you are gonna be nuked the next combo use ms, you will probably 80% win with ms.
2.- Foxes which wait to nuke: You start the fight and you see you are full, and you think bufff this fox is ez, then you are dead, and you just think Iīm so stupid lol, to avoid this, donīt heal till your health starts going down, they usually
wait you to heal, and then they nuke you with combo, so be sure you use your heal correctly, and not when you are full, same as drain. I know I said this 1000 times, but use ms if you need vs foxes is almost a win.
Vs Birds:
At 35 there isnīt lot of birds, but if you find one, with ms and mage combo should be eassily to beat them, be carefull and donīt confide, try to kill it like if it was a mage.
Vs rhinos:
Just say gg...jk lel, there isnīt rhinos at 35 aswell, rhino at this level is bad, so it should be an eassy fight.
4.-Conclusion
35 mage for me is the best class, and is really really good, you need a lot of practice to be one of the best mages, need to time the combos and heals, but once you dominate it,
is almost unostoppable, so I really recommend to try it.
Itīs also really funny and enjoyable, so guys if you see me donīt doubt to fight me to have some fun
