    What does the roman numeral 8 (XIII) mean on the banner?

    It's not 8 it's 13 (X is 10 I is 1) it symbolizes "2013" so next year I'm assuming the banner would be "XIV" (14) to symbolize 2014

    Oh wow.. I was dumb there. It was about 3 AM my time so I wasn't even thinking lol. sorry. yeah I now realize it is 13 and not 8 (VIII).
