This is the announcement of Backpack slot. These samples where never(to my knowledge) available ingame. The player was gifted the item from a dev.(my opinion) I do remember being excited for that guitar and watched for it. Didn’t happen.

I believe (though I am not 100% certain) that this item was available to loot during the 2015 Harvest event.
It is not currently available anywhere so far as I know.

We never had a chance to get those vanities. Maybe a developer's secret account? Or friend? :P

Devs don't gift anything unless it's part of an announced contest or event. I've been doing some hunting, but haven't found the source of the item yet. My guess is in line with Cinco's. I believe it was a harvest event vanity. It's called the Explorer's Backpack. I'll keep hunting to confirm because now I'm curious too.

Is it too much to ask how that character got the vanity? I'm 100% sure we didn't have the chance to get any of those vanities during that event.

Thanks. Those were some of the first back vanities that were advertised, and the back vanity that we actually got in 2015 Harvest event was the Cornucopia.
