Ummmmm last time i checked,rogues were the ones that did all the crits... (also if you are wondering how I am doing such lovely crits,just get a flame forged staff and use it on mass groups of enemies) Anyways, if you are wondering why the weapon can do this, it's because of the proc and I will display a screen shot of the proc description too.
