It looks all pieces of voice set can be crafted or purchased from NPC. But the voice chest piece cannot be found any where. So, i had to buy it from auction market. I wonder how to make it originally.

Dark Aposils can craft armor chests (all race).
If you are Light Luminar, you will not able to craft armor but helm (which darks cannot craft). This is another example how the light and dark cannot live without each other...

Look at Runagain's Somberholt guide, it's all there. Voice buffs also work in Forgotten Ruins.
