Event LB tying has to stop

simple solution would be to move those people in tie for their lowest place instead highest...
for example current LB mages: #1,#2,#3,#4,#5, a lot of #6 and then #23; in my opinion it would be more fair if all those mages on #6 position would be on #22 position (ofc this shouldn't be implemented at this event lol, only for next events)
