In the TC Benevolance Festival for year 2020 where is these vanity crates at i ran 50 to 70 runs finishing Ed Neezar boss off still see no crates seen a eye portal emerge to go to moding area zone but no crates anybody got answers???

The winter crates are not a guaranteed drop. Also, the modding area (TCS Twilight) has no connection with this event!
