NICE! Wanna do some math and testing with me for the relationship between hit percent and dodge?!

I love calculating stuff, but this is a doozy. To give you an idea, there are actually two calculations involved, 'chance to be hit' and 'chance to dodge', and BOTH dodge and hit percentage are used in each equation (from Cinco).
