If you talk about to farm simple maps or km3 yea it is. I ran planar tombs with rogue using runesteel it was fine. Although I don't know which have better stat atm. As for proc arcane daggers are way helpful

There is absolutely no grounds for comparison. The lvl 46 arcane daggers are many times better in terms of stats and most importantly proc. As I said before u are probably better off using a lvl 56 legendary weapon than using the lvl 541 mythic daggers. They are just not good.

I agree with Jazzi. Keep in mind the awakening bonuses too.

It really depends on where you play most of the time. On easy maps the runesteel daggers are okay but not if you're going to do a lot of elite where the mobs don't just drop dead as you brush past. I ran a lot of elite Rengol, Underhul, Planar Tombs and I have to PUG a lot sometimes. I had a pair of runesteel before but sold them when I found out they only slow me down in elite because I can't use skills while the proc lasts. Plus the stun proc is crucial when your PUG mage prefer to shoot staff from a distance and only come close to heal with flowers. The stun even works on bosses so between proc and pet stun you can keep elite Hugal or Northal relatively harmless to engage at close range.
