hey sam when will we be able to reserve names?

Sometime between now and when Dark Legends goes into beta or release. Sorry, I don't have anything more specific other than we're looking at implementing a name reservation system for Dark Legends.

You can't yet, but when you can, it will probably be done like it was in PL when SL was launching - via your character interface in PL (and in this case, also in SL).
