He probably just means that there isn't enough dodge to make a big difference in fights. There aren't really any classes that use dodge buffs at those lower levels other than other foxes and the occasional bird and since most around those levels are bears or mages who don't use dodge buffs you really don't need the high hamstring. I have to agree with utimate about putting the points into needle, it does some good damage and high crits while also slowing down your enemy helping to prevent them from kiting as much.Originally Posted by iRandom
