Anyone know how to get a refund through apple?

I have been told by sts support about certain issues that I need to go though apple for a fix bc apple is private and doesn't release info to sts. Any help would be appreciated.

It depends what type of problem you was having, if it was unauthorised you will most likely get refunded.

My unresolved issues are numerous lol ranging from missing crate tokens to a consistently broken plat purchase for the $20 plat pack where it charges me but i receive no plat. Chad in support told me I would need to go through apple even though i provided proof of charge and i thought it would be easy enough to reference with my account but nope.

Find your email iTunes receipt. Look for the problematic item and click the "report a problem" link for that item.

I am still missing hundreds of crate tokens (I guess like me, you also had the issue of it not being granted during opening event crates during the ursoth event before the tokens were added).

I was told that support will not be reimbursing anything. Pretty much just taking my money and refusing me what I paid for. I guess the same also goes for you.

When I was told that support won't be reimbursing anything, I was pretty confused. They are literally taking my money and refusing me what I paid for. Clearly not just my money alone.

I actually thought I was the only one.

Has anyone else not received crate tokens from ursoth event crates because they opened those crates before the crate tokens were added? Is anyone else's money being withheld?
