I use the same skills in both cases: Aimed, Nox, Pierce and Veil. The only difference is that when solo, I don't use Veil that much.

Try using razor when soloing. It might help you more than veil. :-)

I went hybrid with Combat Medic so I can PvP once in a while; otherwise, I would have specced out Razor....
