A plat's problem... Please, please, help! :(

Hi guys.
I hope someone can help me (even if my english isn't so good :p).

We never had problems before, and I don't know what should I do...
This morning my boyfriend was trying to buy platinum (3x800 to be exact) at the in-game shop.
This wasn't the first time (we have a prepaid card linked to a Clickandbuy account) and usually, after he made the purchase, the money was taken from the prepaid card and the platinum was shown immediately... But today, after the second purchase, it says that the payment method isn't accepted and that we need to verify the information on iTunes and try again later.
We tried again and again, but nothing has changed.

I've checked on iTunes and on Clickandbuy, there aren't problems there.
And yes, there was enough money on the prepaid card.

I've also tried to buy 300 platinum, but it's the same story...
But if I try to buy 5 platinum, it works! And I can already see the platinum when I log on.

So, now, what should I do? Is it a game problem?
Should I contact the staff?

I don't know exactly when, but now my boyfriend has telled me that when he try to buy 800 or 600 platinum it says "the purchase has not through you. You have to wait a while before making another purchase" or something like that...

No offense but that's alot of platinum so either your lieing or your trollin...

Helbot, Jesus man give them a chance! LOL Theres two of them, and its not uncommon for people to buy 800 plat because in the long run, it's saving money. As for Fato, I suppose you'll have to wait for a dev to answer, because I'm just not sure. ;)

They said 800 x 3 now tell me who has ever bought that much?

Thats 1600 for one person, and 800 for the other. It's not like its 2400 for one person. I mean I bet theres someone else out there whose bought that much perhaps to buy ingame money. I just don't understand what your basing your accusation from.

They aren't saying the payment went through but didn't get plat. Just the card all of a sudden isn't working. A valid question. Ignore the dollor amounts and reread the post.

Simple fix, PM a dev.

I'm not trolling. We play both with just one account and I don't see where is the problem if a person decides to spend his money in this way... It could be stupid or useless, but if someone has the opportunity to do it, he has to be a troll? ._. Anyway, I don't need to justify us.

One last question: if we buy platinum from pocketlegends.com, is it like if we buy it from in-game shop? I mean, this site uses the same payment method?
