Did you try logging out or restarting your device
make sure your account was charged for the platinum so if you had 25 dollars make sure you have 5 left after the purchase if it hasnt charged you yet then rebuy it cuz u might have lagged
Check your iTunes Deposits.
Did you get $19.99 deducted from your money?
If not, you might have lagged.
If you did, wait until after the weekend and send STS an email.
Plat transactions usually do not go through on weekends, I have this problem with Google Play.
