I have decided to put a cap on the members for now.. We are listed at 65 but since some have left I will be taking a look at the list and clearing the ones who are gone.. I feel like this is what's best for us right now. I think it will give us time to get organized and make the guild even better than it is please cooperate with me on this.

put the active list max at 75 and inactive at infinity

I got some guy in training, would like to see him make it.
Of course he is not yet 50 or very experienced, but I think he will turn out ok his main seems to be a Mage, aiming to be pally for 50 and dual when he can.

Ouch that will be annoying for new members. I guess too many it bad, but still saddening
In games with lots of members but limited alliance space, there are quite a few teams making low level hubs, elite hubs, and normal hubs as separate teams, with different mods and everything.
We can have:
AeO Admirals Club - Major officers and organizers
AeO - normal one, officials include 1-2 people reporting to and from top brass. Has some power over player, but mostly representative.
AeO spawning pool - newbe test ground, and for new joiners in general. 1-3 mod members also representatives.

Can i make a suggestion. For people recruiting, Before you invite someone to the guild you should go through some of there forum posts to see if they are "semi" mature. (Other requirements)

This could save us from what happened with the other guild.

Or better yet on your forums Jespo you could make an application thread and have people submit there application there saying why they want to join and when there normally on etc. Then your recruiters and you could say yes or no to the applicant.

It would make the progress more organized.
