Repsec me please!

Which skills should I use and which upgrades? I know that I will keep heal and gale for helping newbies, but everything else can be changed. After respeccing, I plan to run the exact same things I run now (all pve maps - normal/elite/tombs/arena). I currently have 7/8 skills specced (all but curse).

New Build (in progress):
-All points in intelligence
-Shield 4/5 - no displacement wave
-Heal 2/5 - only mana

Since u wanted gale and heal take the points u need from passives
Use a 4 attack setup unless u r in hard elites in which case swap lightning for shield

-Fireball 5/5 or 4/5 if you don't want to put scorch
-Lightning 4/5 no stun
-Gale 2/5 just the speed or 3/5 of you want aoe
-Frost bolt 3/5 just choose shiver and jagged ice
-shield 4/5 no displacement wave
-Time shift 4/5 no time bomb
-(optional) Heal 2/5 just empower

Passives
-5/5 knowledge
-5/5 Might
-5/5 Agility or crit
- ?/5 of Agility or crit (depends on wich one you choose before and how many skill points left)

Imo, with Gale, I use it on bosses because it has equal base DMG as FB, and has a speed upgrade and armor upgrade (great for staying alive )

Is the aoe upgrade on gale good? I have 4/5, no aoe atm.

3/5 ice (no DoT, no ice patch on kill)
3/5 lightning (no stun, no splash on kill)
4/5 fireball (no DoT)
2/5 gale (only speed)
5/5 timeshift
3/5 heal (no heals over time, no mana over time)

passives:
5/5 str int dex crit
