I remember before when you could be thrown out of the PvP zone, and go into the undecided screen zone, and kill others before they chose a team, and it would show up as: So and so killed Name here as well. Now it just happens when someone is disconnected, but then logs in and joins the PvP game as undecided (yet spawns in the middle of the playing field.
