Free Platinum not working !!!!

I know how to use the free platinum system it worked all the time but after I bought a ring it stopped working does not give me my plat I already downloaded and opened like 7 apps so can u guys give me my plat? And I already waited 4days nothing.

SpaceTime Studios doesn't handle customer issues for TapJoy (free platinum). You could try emailing them at support@spacetimestudios.com and tell them your complete situation. But it's not positive that STS can resolve all issues regarding TapJoy. You'll have to contact TapJoy eventually if this problem persists.
