Add a road between oasis town and frost town. It seems abrupt and silly that you are walking through a desert and all of a sudden your in a frozen, snowy area. Add a road like the one between Fort Blackstone and Glumdoll, maybe with a walk in dungeon on the way, something to transition from sand to rock or grass to ice
Edit: I almost forgot, gratz on getting all the towns done. It might not seem like a big deal to some, but to those who remember when Forest Haven was the town for all campaigns, it's pretty significant
