Completly redone mothwind better than ever

Ok ive decided to lose the salary system and to make this mainly on farming. So heres the deal:

2) get item
3) sell, make profit
4) put money in guild bank
5) members may take out money as they wish, but may not overdo the bank (such as taking out 1 mil for example lol) MUST PAY BACK BANK LATER!!!! -thanks conradin

Must be 50 or higher
