Well, I just added Google Translate to the forums (scroll to the bottom and look on the left hand side of the bottom bar). If you translate the page to French and then back to English you can see what the French text says.

Hmm, probably because it's a pop up dialog to select the language and not a drop down menu. Bummer, have to fiddle with that.
