I think that if the root is applied to all mobs and bosses and even buffed with armor/hit reduction you're gonna make PVE warriors history, and rogues in a lesser way too.
Why get a tank when you can root the boss and go pew pew from 12 meters away and not worry about taking damage? Yes, running arena especially in the mushroom environment is tough for us squishy sorcerers and rogues but that's where the good warriors shine. I've ran with warriors that knew how to handle those tricky mushrooms and not let the pt suffer even one death.
TimeSHIFT is already a great skill as it is heck it is the best crowd control skill in all of arlor imo. Try running with a good warrior sometimes, takes a bit longer but makes for a much smoother run than without one.
