Updated till #280
Girls and guys, I want to give you some information on how we proceed with Triathlon because the expansion came quickly, unexpectedly and without any bugs
So, as planned, we will have PvE kills week and PvP week. We plan to switch those two and next subevent will be PvE kills week (approx. 5-6 days) followed by PvP week (approx. 4-5 days).
Here's what you can expect:
PvE Kills Week
The start is still open - we think it's reasonable to combine this with leveling and so we plan to launch it a day or two after the leveling to 56 is open.
You will need an officer to take and post a screenshot of your toon here. This will be considered as signing-up and your starting kill count will be that one in the screenshot.
You will get points for kills that you achieve - most probably, it will be 1 point for every 10 kills if you are a tank, 15 kills if you are a rogue and 20 kills if you are a mage.
Because we don't want PvE kills and PvP to override your hard work during elite 9 days, your points from elite week will be preserved and you add PvE kills points on top of that.
Important: Because we don't want that relatively easy and cheap PvE kills override PvE Elite points, we plan to introduce a ceiling (maximum points). The maximum is currently planned at 1000 points. So, no one can add more than 1000 points to the Elite week score.
Information on PvP kills week will follow, but you can expect something similar (maximum points that can be achieved).
Good luck and thank you for your hard work and dedication
