The +1 m/s is a really nice addition! I noticed the +20 when the smoke started coming out but I missed the +1m/s when looking at the stats, yet I noticed it in practise when I was about to switch from refreshing implant back to eagle eye and realized I was already wearing the eagle eye. The +4 (rev included) is quite enough for an engineer. Sorry for getting a bit off-topic here.
