Str/Dex tank help

So I made a bear and am curious, what should I get his str/dex to? I want him to be a tank but also, what skills should I raise and what to? I have like max rage, he'll scream, stomp, and beckon but don't know what to make the other ones

Any help would rock but preferably from someone lvl 50+ thanks
