[Shadow Veil] is that bug?

I just notice this weird thing when I check my invent and looking my stat.

this skill give a player 15% damage when he/she in the circle the veil


this is my first stats


and this is after I use the Shadow Veil and stand in the circle of the veil


Damage: 750.73 -> 770.83
DPS: 891.34 -> 915.21

Is that really 15% damage? 15% from 750.73 is 20.1?

can someone explain this?

percentage damage increase doesn't stack, so if you have a pet with 10% damage as happiness bonus, you'll only get additional 5% from base damage, base damage is damage without any % damage increase
