Apparently that if you loot a jewel elixir in one of the chest, they are consumed immediately and not in the form of a kit

Elite Underhul was accidentally granting access to EVERYONE in the game. At this point it should be appropriately restricted to level 55+

Correct, it only skips from Weak to Fortified with 3 less Weak jewels required. We may look into higher level versions of the recipe in the future but as a new recipe we want to see how it effects the economy and how it is received.
