Not at all, you need the completed AntiGnome set to build the Banished Power Set. There are more drops and opportunities to get the missing pieces for the AntiGnome set with this event as well.

I sincerely hope that this is the upgrade that you all have referred to and that the pieces you said would be best in underhul until the new upgrade set comes play an important part in this quest line. I'll be very irritated if those were lies and this is something different entirely. However, if this is the upgrade then it seems to be quite good.
