Deadeye's could not only take Skeller out (which isn't saying much, even Sparky could school Skeller), Deadeyes could probably take Skeller and Frogmar at the same time. Only bosses in the game that hold a candle to the new Deadeyes are maybe Seth and Bastet.

As a level 40 str birdy, fully buffed, dead eyes got me to 1/4 health and almost killed me.

I was plvling 4 lvl five newbies. Sure would have been embarrassing had he killed me lol.

When you can take him PvP style (no pots), that might actually be impressive. As is any Str build has a shot to solo him just because you can spam pots and slug it out.

Dead-Eyes is the worst to kill solo or grouped IMHO. The DPS he does is pretty crazy. But then again i get one hit critical killed by AO bosses like its my job.
