Arcane pendant is better, you will benefit more from it because you're a warrior. Go for str int, the proc will make you invincible :-)

agree, in pve, the healing proc aggro enemies significantly, will help your job as a tank

I know pp proc I better but the problem the proc not work quickly and need alot of time to activety

Ok thank u . maybe not give good stat for rouge but awesome on proc because the proc make 3. Damage on enemy and rouge have the best dmg
