Since it is legendary pet, I believe the passive will remain same as level 15 one.

I'm still up but he is 18 mana in lv 29, but several times. He has to hit a target to activate the passive. Everyone in the blue circle recovers mana. The problem is, it disappears fast. Samael and Mishi keep this for a few seconds, even when there are no more enemies.
