Obviously Pocket Legends is my favorite game on th iPhone (& anywhere elese ATM) but lucked-out the day I found it.

So would b interested to hear ppl's highly recommended apps? Here are some I rate really highly:-

Enjoying the world cup loads, a good stats football/soccer app is knocking around too I noticed but lost the name.

"Instapaper" "web offline" are useful for storing webpages for offline.

Charadium (ngmoco) looks v fun, this company who did rolando are usu good.

My old iPhone does not do GPS apps functionality otherwise some of those bike/run map/calorie/km trackers/trainers would be there also - damn!

Also there are a few "bleep test" apps out there and will report back if the one I got works end of week when I take the test! Phew!

Topping up this thread with some recommendations I recently tried up:

Spider: The mystery of Bryce...

Very addictive! You are a species of jumping spider (notice the jumping & twiddling fangs distinctive of this species) spinning webs to gobble down various insects, g8 graphics and fluid gameplay. Very relaxing.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - on a sale, all 5 chapters for very cheap price compared to ds, v fun script game.

Neither as fun as PL, needless to say, but top titles.

A few space games I've looked at but not bought as they are only SPG not MMO's but look good:

Warpgate - EVE Online (without the mmo) for the iphone
Dark Nova - Elite for the iphone

I did purchase SmartGo - Great for learning the ancient Eastern game of Go eg (Othello/backgammon)
