a new vanity

so i was thinking, why not have sparkles as a vanity? i like the idea of it, and i think lost of other people do, so heres my suggestion.

there are vanity sparkles of different colours, e.g. red blue green etc what ever colour you want, if you have a set like Rift, cyber, MM etc, you can choose for the sparkles to override them or go with them so have two sets of sparkles at once. pricing... 2-5 plat for sparkles.

also using the same principles, have a sort of mist like you get from the demonic glyph battle sword set.

Great idea, would also suggest electrictity coursing around the character, and tekken style flames that intensify as you get further towards your next level / towards the level cap
