I dont know is this bug but I have 36 "elite"-helms and I can get more if I want.

yeah you can get as many as you want, wont make a diff coz they not tradeable, only stashable

Its like that with all the event vanities too.

Like the chef hats, stash it and make another.

Chrome jetpack, stash it and get another.

So ewcentially you can get 5 have 5 characters when the other 4 get to 36 they have the helm vanity and its a totally new cap by then or is the vanity not lvl required?

No its required to be lvl36, but yes you can have as many as you want.

when you get the helm from dan sadusky, he already prompted you whether you want to get the arbiter helm for your class. i tried getting 3 of them to see the results. all 3 of them requires the wearer to be level 36 with the intended class. so if you are a commando and get 3 arbiter helm, it can only be equipped by a commando. which means the alts have to be commando as well to wear it.

Yes, but obviously your alt that is now, say, 35, and only gets to be 36 after the cap raise will then be able to wear those helms.

Who has secondary alts pumped up to that far, I dunno, but there is a tiny gain to be made there.

Yes, but only for same class. I can't use my Engineer to get Op or Com helms so I only need one extra in case I ever make that full attack Eng for PVP.

I'll be damned if I grind another two to the elite cap.

i've got 2 classes capped and plenty helms so that i can put them on my alts whenever i get them up to 36 (way down the road). better stock up before the update, STS is doing a vanity set bonus for PL, not sure if they announced something like this for SL but i wouldn't be shocked if it gets announced that they are......... louchie gets neglected left and right in SL, sry bud

Hey guys,

Yes, such items are stashable, but not tradeable (and never will be tradeable).

We do this since it doesn't seem fair to force a character to keep such an item in their inventory. When the game has 100 levels, you might still want to keep your old elite vanities around, but would prefer to have them in the stash rather than your inventory. If you really want to fill your inventory and stash up with them, hey knock yourself out. Sure, you could level up another character of the same class, but that doesn't seem like something everyone's really going to do.
