Was gonna say that. 100% hit is only 100% if the opponent has 0% dodge.

It definitely impacts how many times your skills/auto-attack actually land. But since dodge and hit are 2 different rolls (system will first check: did I hit yes/no, then did the my opponent dodge: yes/no), dodge doesn't actually change anything directly about hit%. If that makes any sense
