Theres a lvl10 bone staff as well, lvl46 AO2 armours(actually and AO2 item above 45), also some gray wammo the hammos that you could apparently buy from the plat store for a short time very long ago.

The lvl1 broken swords are farmable, u just need a lvl1 farmer. Also i feel that the lvl2 'green' armours are farmable as well. I know they drop in Skeleton Crypts which doesnt scale, so if they drop anywhere else, they can probably be scaled too. They may be excluded from the new FH levels in which case they would be discontinued.
