Anyways, i have returned the bow back to Goodchoice, officer of NCT. He will give the bow back to Sceabat.

im pretty sure its been nerfed. when Saool had one the weekend of the loaned out elites, it might kill us 71's randomly.
now i have one and have ran low lev maps a few times, and it rarely does much dammage to friends.

Wish u understand the meaning of English. That statement means it was not highly-planned scam. I did it because I was misled for few seconds. Im very sorry for my mistake. So I returned back the bow, and I do not want to go over more in this issue. I did everything I could do in order to make u guys feel better.
